By visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a shoot trial, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for business users and professional production evaluation. You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and, if you act on behalf of an organization, that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes, including learning about Folio, requesting a trial, or contacting us. You agree not to:

You will indemnify and hold Reading harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of this Agreement.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

11. Changes

We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.
